The first you have to do is download the setup program by clicking below:

Save it to a folder where you will easly find it, like c:\my documents and then double click on it and the following window will appear:

reading the end-user license agreement is at your own, now click Next and the setup program will start copying files to your system, then the following dialog window will appear asking is you want this codec to handle the 3.x ones:

Say No, it works better when DivX 3.x movies are handled by its codec.

That's all! Now you can play your DivX 4.12 movies!
